Filipino loves combining food, and I admit it that all of it was so good. Like 'tinapa and itlog na maalat' smoked fish with salted egg, they are good combination w/ fried rice. Filipino love eating with their hands w/o spoon and fork, actually I love it too. It was good for breakfast w/ hot coffee or hot chocolate beside.
